Milk ice cubes to the rescue

Already known to be a great moisturiser, frozen milk cubes double the effect when applied on skin. Cleanse your face and gently massage some milk ice cubes on it for a few minutes. Then, let your face sit as is for about 20 minutes (or till the milk dries) and rinse with cold water. You’ll wake up to a glowing face the next morning.

Cucumber, lemon and honey scrub

Puree a cucumber, add a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of honey, pour into an ice tray and freeze. Cucumbers are naturally cooling and moisturise the skin while lemon is great to treat a tan. Gently massage and let it sit for 10 minutes before washing it off for oil free and fresh skin.
