When it comes to fitness men are always in the pursuit of six pack abs.

Want to look fit and fab? Get some abs. Want to get mistaken for a model? Get some abs. Want to show your ex what she's missing out on? Hell, get some abs! There it is—their holy grail. So here are a few exercises that'll help men get those coveted abs—plus a humongous ego boost.
 

Star Plank

Get into a push-up position.

Spread out your arms and feet as wide as possible so your body makes a star shape.

Hold the position with your torso straight and abs pressed for 30 seconds.

 

Swiss Ball Crunch

Lie back on the ball with your feet on the floor placed shoulder-width apart.

Supporting your lower back with the ball, place your hands behind your ears.

Curl and raise your body up off the ball, until you’re sitting up.

 

Weighted Sit up

Lie on the floor holding a weight plate on your chest.

With your feet on the floor, bend your knees in front of your chest.

Holding on to the weight, raise your torso till you’re sitting up.

 

Crab Walk

Sit on the floor with your hands placed behind your back and your legs bent in front of you.

Raise your hips upwards such that your hands and feet are planted on the floor.

Start walking using your hands and feet to propel you forward.

 

Medicine Ball Russian Twist

Sit on the floor in the sit up position.

Holding a medicine ball with both hands, extend your arms in front of you.

Twist your body to one side, with high intensity, and then twist back.

Lie on your back with your arms extended straight behind your head.

Pulling your knees in towards your chest, lift your torso up and your arms over your head to perform a crunch.

Return to the start position and repeat.
