Start by mashing a papaya, beating it to a pulp. Then, gently smear this fruit on your face.

Then, let this mask dry for about 15-20 minutes before you head to bed. Let it sit overnight. In the morning, rinse out with lukewarm water.

Since this mask is gentle on your skin, you can repeat this process up to three times in a week.

How to go about it:

Start off by mixing half a cup of buttermilk and about 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. Heat it up in the microwave till the oatmeal is soft. You can add 1 tablespoon virgin oil, then stir this mixture well.

Once this mask has cooled down, gently apply this mixture on your face. Let it sit for about 20 minutes. Later, rinse out with cool water.
